Campaign for a cooking school with Kiwi flavour.

 
 

Jon created the The Culinary Collective brand with designer Ian Mason and the team at UP Education in 2020. Here’s the brand story:

“Inspired by the pride New Zealand has for its unique food culture, our goal is to grow the next generation of chefs, bartenders, baristas and bakers to put us on the world map. The Culinary Collective is built around the ways people like to eat, drink & be entertained today.”

The brief for the campaign was to make the cooking school feel aspirational yet still Kiwi - and aesthetically different from other local culinary schools. It was aimed at people with a passion for food.

We worked with several creatives on this, including a talented food photographer who is also a chef & tutor at The Culinary Collective.
